11	Nostalgic Distortion (ND) may be available for your next event! ND is accepting select acoustic performance opportunities for house concerts, pub/club shows, package shows, festivals, and other special events (serious inquiries only). We have provided this transparent breakdown of fees to make it easy for you to estimate the cost of hiring ND for your next event. The listed fees are for "one-off"/single performances. Certain per-show fees may be reduced if contracting successive performances. As outlined below, the actual "performance fee" is just one of the itemized costs of the overall quote associated with hiring the band. Most of the costs arise from other expenses necessary for the show to happen, such as production (sound & lighting) costs, backline costs, meals fees, lodging costs, travel fees, etc.

23	Backline Costs
24	Depending on location, ND's performance/contract rider may stipulate that venue/promoter must provide required backline (percussion equipment, pro bass amp/cab, pro guitar amp/cab). Some venues have in-house percussion equipment and amplifiers that meet ND's specs. Some venues will have to rent the backline (in many cases from the same production company providing the sound & lights). The prices listed below are typical prices for the type of gear needing to be rented.

41	Depending on size of venue (house concerts and other small performance spaces with an intimate audience may be exempt), ND's performance contract/rider may stipulate that venue/promoter must provide production (sound & lighting). In cases where production is a necessity for the show, venue/promoter must provide professional equipment/crew to run F.O.H. (front of house) sound, stage monitor sound, and appropriate stage lighting. Costs can vary widely, as some venues meet the required production specs with their own in-house sound/lighting crew, and others have to hire professional production companies to meet specs, which can result in significant cost increases.

53	ND's performance contract/rider stipulates that a Meals Fee (Per Diem) cash payment of anywhere from $25 - $55 per band member (depending on venue location in Zone 1, Zone 2, or Zone 3) is due immediately upon band's arrival at venue. In many cases, the venue is also a restaurant or other type of food service facility, and may be able to provide hot meals in-house to the band. If any meals are to be provided, then the per diem paid to each band member may be reduced by the following amounts: Dinner $25, Breakfast/Lunch $15

63	Lodging Costs
64	ND's performance contract/rider stipulates that lodging is required for band members for any event outside of ND's home state of New Hampshire. ND requires three rooms from a AAA approved hotel/motel. In some cases the venue is part of or associated with a hotel property, and as such are able to accomodate in-house lodging for the band. If the hotel also offers free hot breakfast, then venue/promoter may subtract $45 ($15 per band member) from the per diem/meals fees listed above. If the venue/promoter does not have a preferred lodging partner, then ND recommends La Quinta Inns, as most locations are AAA approved, provide free hot breakfast, and are reasonably priced.

76	Mileage Fees: $.60 per round-trip mile (using lowest mileage route per Google Maps as a reference) from ND's home base of Plymouth, NH to an in-state venue and back. For instance, from Plymouth NH to Berlin NH, or from Plymouth NH to Nashua NH are both approximately 75 miles one way, resulting in approximately 150 round-trip miles. 150 roundtrip miles X $.60 = $90.	$0 - $150

Additional Mileage Fees: $.25 per round-trip mile (using lowest mileage route per Google Maps as a reference) from ND's home base of Plymouth, NH to venue destination within New England and back. For instance, from Plymouth NH to Danbury CT is approximately 250 miles one way, resulting in approximately 500 round-trip miles. 500 round-trip miles X $.25 = $125	$400 - $525

82	Zone 3 Base Travel Fee + Additional Mileage Fees: This fee is generally calculated by adding the cost of three economy/coach round-trip plane tickets from Manchester - Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH (MHT) to a commercial/international airport near the performance venue and back, plus the cost of a two-day minivanvan rental (plus insurance/fees/tax) for local travel from airport to venue/hotel and back. Additional Mileage Fees: $.25 per round-trip mile (using Google Maps as a reference) from the airport to the venue/hotel and back. For instance, a Southwest Flight (booked several months ahead) from MHT to BNA on a Friday night returning on Sunday night appears to be running about $350 each way (as of October 2022), or $700 roundtrip X 3 band members = $2100 estimated flight expense (Plus $400 estimated minivan rental. Plus additional mileage to venue and back to airport) = an estimated total travel expense of $2500+.	$2500+
