13Pri coilpack on.Leaving the bku ECU and coilpack off verifies, when we start the engine, that the injector relays are not stuck in the bku state.

14Pri Pump on.45 psi, check engine light on, main and aux volts warn lights on.With a fuel pump on the battery voltage should drop below 12.5 so we can verify the check engine and volts warn lights work.
