Guide to using this sheet
2
The HENRY Data Access System's have been created and shared with you to allow you to see real time data on your programmes, in your area only.
3
4
The Data Access System is live and can update immediately when a participant submits a questionnaire - refreshing the webpage will update responses.
5
6
This sheet has three tabs - one that shows all baseline questionnaires from participants, one for all completion questionnaires, and one that matches baseline and completion questionnaires.
7
8
The questions from the questionnaires have been abbreviated and split into categories to aid accessibility of the information.
9
10
The matching of baseline and completion questionnaires is done using the participant's name, so if a participant uses a different name in their baseline and completion questionnaires (or example a nickname) or mistypes, the questionnaires won't match up. You will still be able to see the separate questionnaires on the baseline and completion tabs and they will still be able to be used for reporting.
11
12
Because the Data Access System is live, you can use the baseline and completion tabs to check the participant has submitted the form during your session.
13
14
If a participant is not showing up in the baseline or completion tabs, it is likely because the form has not been submitted or the participant has entered the wrong area code.
15
16
These are small datasets and should be treated as a management tool; a snapshot to give a sense of how the programmes are going. The data should not be over-interpreted as indicators of programme outcomes.
17
18
Where there is a dataset of 10 or more matched responses within a reporting period (termly or annually) we will provide you with a report.

Filtering
22
Filtering allows you to view smaller sets of the data - for example you can filter to view all the responses from one programme
23
24
To filter the responses on one of the tabs:
25
- highlight the row with headings on it
26
- click the funnel symbol near the top left corner
27
- select "Create new temporary filter view"
28
- arrowhead symbols will appear next to each heading
29
- on your chosen column, click the arrowhead symbol and choose what to filter then press okay
30
- for example, if you want to see all the responses for one programme:
31
- click the arrowhead on the programme code column
32
- click "Clear" to untick all the programme codes
33
- tick the one you want and click "OK"
34
- once finished, click the funnel symbol again and select "Delete all filter views"
