Things to do and look for:

Click on links - do they open, and open the correct document?

Do videos play for the time suggested on the slide properly?

Are there any spelling issues?

Are there any issues with how the slide animation works?

Is the slide helpful for what is discussed?

Did all slides play - look at TOC to make sure all slides have checks next to them?

How was the audio - do any slides need their audio adjusted?

How were the slides and their animation balanced with images and text? Did some slides need more text/images? How big of a priority is it to adjust that slide?

You had mentioned that I should consider using "At the end of this lesson, participants will be able to" list of things in your final assessment of lesson - What did you mean by that?

You had mentioned that I should add the 3 documents which you currently have to click to open during the presentation to the pdf of the slide presentation so they are more readily accessible to the person going through the course - Do you mean taking an image of the pdf and putting it on the slides? If yes, which slides were you thinking?

* Format, View & Sync: These are issues in how the slide *looks* or sounds, which would include things like problems in how text or graphics appear, places where sync to audio is off, a graphic disappears, audio is missing, audio sounds like two tracks are playing at once, etc., problem with the Table of contents, etc., long pause at the end of audio, closed captioning is missing, etc. Many issues fall into this category.

* Functional issue or error message: Something in wrong in how the slide *functions* e.g.course stops, advancing to the wrong slide, buttons not working, test doesn't score properly, error messages, etc. These should (hopefully) be rare but could impede the learner's ability to use the course.

* Proofreading: These are text changes/fixes - to on screen text or to the closed captioning

Issue Category - this is basically where do I need to look to find and fix this issue

* Audio: There is a problem with the audio you hear (e.g. something is missing, something that doesn't belong there is there, sound quality issue)

* Closed Caption: There is an issue related to the closed captioning

* Content page: pretty much anything else you see or that happens on a particular slide that isn't the audio/sound or the closed captioning

* Table of Contents: Something is wrong or out of order in the table of contents

* Script: This should be super rare, but if something in the content majorly does not match the approved script or doesn't make sense

* Critical - the course will not work if this is not fixed

* High - Very important/major -- threatens the course or is a major problem - Must be fixed

* Medium - Most issues are "medium" -- these are things that are important and should be fixed, but are not an existential threat

* Low - Nice to have -- these are things we would like to change/tweak or might consider if there is time/it doesn't create other issues, but are not essential, the course could work just fine without these changes.
