ExperienceLevel of frustration (1 none - 5 bad)4422 (Maybe because I gotten used to using kiosk and have learnt how to overcome my frustrations)3
14
Frustration pointsPrint function (have to remember to press print before finish), not clear what to do when (no clear calls to action), small buttonsMany unnecessary pages and clicks, user tried scanning material instead of card and had to start over when it said 'invalid patron', took much too long to get to page to scan materials, easy to accidentally not print receipt, last page went away too fast when printing(1) Not clear, except for note attached to station user might miss, that 'done' at end will not print receipt, so must click 'receipt' to get one1. Felt a little slow and some of the pages could have been eliminated or condensed into fewer pages 2. Microinteractions or more gestural interactions (and less clicks) could have eliminated the slow user flow 1. System is often slow to or does not respond to phsyical actions of scanning or placing item in bagging area 2. Payment buttons are unclear/forgettable way of finishing checkout process 3. Staff help is required too often (regarding #1)
