Monday6/24/20134ran 4 miles - 10.5 minute pace and then jogged back home to complete an hour (600 cal)yesI felt very good, not too crazy about the egg whites but everything else was great. Had a challenging work day but was able to start the plan very focused.Glad you were able to get started despite load at work. If egg whites are not appealing and prefer whole eggs, you could do that. Do I just replace the egg whites for whole eggs then? And if yes, how many?

Tuesday6/25/2013Iron Cardio - 410 calories yesI feel good. I did not like the tahini sauce. And the new flavors are a bit challenging. So far the only real issue is tahini which I really don't like. Pushing through it!I can try and give you a different sauce to use that you might like better. Yes please.

Thursday6/27/2013Iron Cardio - 500 caloriesyesLoved dinner! I'm overall feeling really good. I've cut off splenda entirely and trying coffee with a little milk and no sugar. So far so good. Good to let go of unnatural food substances.

Friday6/28/20134Run 4 miles + 20 minutes of boxing conditioning - 780 calories yesDoing well. Just quick question about coffee - is it OK to drink a skim latte (cow milk) as long as I use no splenda? Also, what about stevia? I've never tried it, but I'm curious about it. i think it's fine to have a latte once in a while with no sugar. i am not a fan of stevia even. check side effects through google. nausea, bloating, stomach issues as well as other side effects. some people don't have these reactions, but i don't like it.wow. you are kicking ass! love this. please remember to record weight each week so that we can watch progress. at top is a section for weight.

Saturday6/29/2013Rest yesI used left overs for breakfast (same as yesterday), had lentil soup for lunch and a huge salad with a veggie burger for dinner. I rested today just because I was pretty sore from the last 2 couple of workouts. Good to get some down time for your body to avoid potential injury or burn out. Recovery is critical.
