To use this chart:

1.) Create a copy of the document (if you haven't already).
• Select "File" from above.
• Select "Make a Copy" to copy this to your own Google Drive account or "Download As" to download it to your computer.
2.) (optional) Delete this page before doing steps 3 and 4.
• Select the down arrow on the tab at the bottom of the page next to "Introduction", select “delete”. This will remove this sheet.
• Make sure you understand the instructions or keep a copy of them for future reference.
3.) If assigning to students:
• Follow the same instructions from step 1 to create a copy for each student.
4.) If you, the teacher, are tracking progress:
• Select the down arrow on the tab at the bottom of the page, select “duplicate”. This will add a new sheet. (Figure A)
• Select the down arrow on the new sheet and choose “rename” and type the individual’s name. (Figure B)
• Repeat this step for each student.

How It Works

At the beginning of each week, check the “Set Started” box to indicate which set the student is on. (Figure C)
(Set 1 is on by default to ensure the formulas in the document do not break.)

Each day, students will check the color and letter (each representing a specific TEKS) that they got correct on this day. (Figure C)

Scrolling to the bottom, the students and the teacher can see the average for each of the specific TEKS. (Figure D)
