Here is how the food works ----->

Any questions please contact Lori McLaren
We need to feed 50 students & approx. 25+ staff & volunteers at competitions (less at games & practices).
Meals are planned and the food is purchased by the Food Coordinator unless it's listed as a donation (desserts, halftime snacks etc...) If you volunteer to cook, prep or heat the food the ingredients for the meals are picked up at the end of MB practice on the Wed. prior to a meal. I park along curb by the band room, I drive a silver Chrysler Pacifica. Please deliver all food to the commons area by the time noted for that week. If you would like to stay and serve, please make sure you sign up to serve as we feed our volunteers and they are included in our food counts.
Your help is very much appreciated during this busy time of year and if you find that you have to change your sign up, please either text or email me so I can make sure the spot is filled. I am not planning on sending out reminders, all timing information should be on this document. PLEASE NO PEANUTS OR COCONUT

Meal times for competitions are added the week before.
