Consensus score = mean of the four source ranks. Truncated lists are imputed: no rank in Googy = 200, no rank in Top 250 = 300. The Draft Society list only covers 50 players, so it enters the mean only when the player appears in it. The source-A rank is capped at 300 for the calculation.

The Score column is a live formula. Edit any source rank and it recalculates — but the rows do NOT re-sort on their own. Sort by "Final Score" ascending after editing.

Sources B and C use FPL scoring, which does NOT award points for tackles, clearances and interceptions. Pure defensive-volume players therefore fall in the consensus because they are missing from those lists, not because they lack value in Sleeper. Charlie Hughes (#258), Xaver Schlager (#271), Michael Kayode (#133) and Antonee Robinson (#177) are all worth more than their consensus rank in this league. The DEFCON column flags them.

The opposite bias also exists: B and C rank injury returns aggressively (Isak, Havertz, Gyokeres, Wissa, Foden). Check the Min% column — it is the share of available minutes each player actually played in 25/26 — before paying a premium.

The Disagreement column is max minus min across the sources. A high number means a contested player: that is where both the bargains and the busts live.
