* $30,000 for a single person 
* $40,000 for a couple 
* $42,500 for three persons 
* $45,000 for four persons 
* $47,500 for five persons 
* An additional $2,500 is added to the above for each
additional person 
Documents required:
* T4, T5 and other slips if appropriate
* Public transit passes or receipt up to June 30, 2017
* 2017 notice of assessment
* Social Insurance Number
* Rent record
* Statement of Child benefit slips
