9:15 A.M. Start the Cave of the Winds tour. Finish by 10:15 A.M. Taking the scenic trolley, travel 30 minutes to Maid of the Mist.

Arrive at Maid of the Mist. Depending on the line, plan for at least an hour. Finish the tour by 11:45 A.M.

11:45 A.M. Check out the Niagara Falls Observation Tower and Crow's Nest. Finish by 12:45 P.M. Walk 5 minutes to Prospect Point.

12:50 P.M.Arrive at Prospect Point. Check out the sights. Leave by 1:00 P.M. Take the shuttle back to Goat Island.

1:30 P.M.Arrive at Goad Island. Grab lunch at Cave of the Winds Snack Bar. Finish by 2:00 P.M. Drive 20 minutes to Whirlpool State Park.

2:20 P.M.Arrive at Whirlpool State Park. Complete the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail and Whirlpool Rapids Trail. Finish by 5:00 P.M. Drive 20 minutes to Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa. This trail is 3.5 miles with 626 feet of elevation gain.
