Clan LeadersEvery clan must submit a primary and secondary point of contact.
3
Submit Roster and Lineup. If we do not receive a full roster on time, the clan is removed from the league and the next clan is bumped up.
4
A clan contact can manage substitution, change point of contact or other actions on behalf of the clan.
5
Div A and Div B clan managers can vote on templates.
6
7
Help in ongoing gamesIt is prohibited to get help or advice in a Clan League game from any player who is not playing in that game. If this happens, both parties are considred to have transgressed and be subject to potential sanctions. Note : A player who is subbed out of a game is considred to not be a player in that game.
8
9
VacationVacations are honored. If needed extending an existing vacation for another player is allowed only if a forum post in the division thread is made at least 3 days in advance.
10
11
Alt AccountsIt is forbidden to use more then one account in Clan League. The account a player first used in CL 10 or later shall be the only account a player is using in Clan League.
12
13
Makeup gamesNo makeup games AT ALL. (For games that have not yet started a clan can do a Substitution.)
14
15
Taking over accountsIt is prohibited to take over someone's account. This is very hard to police, and we're relying on trust. But if someone goes inactive, just substitute them. Do not take control of a retired player's account to save their current games. These games should be forfeit as a penalty for retiring the player.
16
17
CheatingCheating can result in a warning, ban/suspension or loss of points (as determined by the ethics panel)
18
19
Anything elseIf you believe there is some obvious rule which we've missed, point it out at the start of the season. We will use our best judgement as a panel to resolve issues which are not covered by the rules listed above.

TemplatesPhases
22
1. Proposal of templates will be open to the community at large.
23
2. A small panel of top players will cut this pool of templates down to a manageable number(12 1v1, 6 2v2, 4 3v3) and eliminate unsuitable templates. The members of this panel should not represent the interests of their clan. They are simply representing the community as a whole and coming up with the best shortlist of templates possible.
24
3. All clans leaders in Group A and B will order these templates from 1-12 with 1 being most preferred and 12 being least. We will resolve these votes using the Single Transferrable Voting system. The top 6 1v1, 3 2v2 and 2 3v3 templates will be used in CL 11.
25
4. All clan leaders in the Qualifier groups (Q1,Q2,Q3 ...) will order these templates from 1-12 with 1 being "want to see it in Stage 1" and 12 being "want to see it in Stage 2". All votes for the templates discarded as part of the voting process(involving A and B) will not be considered. From the remaining votes, we again use STV to determine which templates are used in Stage 1 and 2 respectively based on the votes from the QF clans.
26
The number of tournaments played over the two stages are the same as those played by Groups A and B.
27
We will set a deadline for sending in your votes. If a clan misses that deadline, we will assume that they do not wish to contribute to this process. There will be no extensions for any clan.
28
If a player is assigned to a template, he/she must be able to create a game on that template(i.e, unlock all features of that template). This is a restriction of using CLOTs and will only be enforced if CL is using automation.
29
30
Scoring3 pts 1v1, 4 pts 2v2, 5 pts 3v3. Tiebreakers in order : head-to-head record (number of wins), Tournament wins, Tournament 2nd places ...
31
32
Forum spammingThe panel reserves the right to ban any player for a season for excessive spamming on the CL forum threads. Harassing the panel will result in a ban as well(You will be warned once). Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but please express it in a respectful manner.
33
34
Criteria for Claiming a Clan SpotThe following lays out the scenarios in which a clan's spot could change hands:
35
If a clan X retains active players who accounted for one third of their slots (6/18) and one third of their scored points then it is guaranteed to retain its spot.
36
If clan X splits and X does not retain both one third of their slots and of their points, another new clan Y can claim the spot if they have active players accounting for one third of that clan's slots and points. If X didn't meet the requirements, while two different clans Y and Z do and both claim the spot then the spot is awarded to neither clan and both must start from the bottom.
37
Say, Clan X got 90pts and needs 30pts to retain its spot in CL9. Player A, B and C played on a 3v3 tournament where they won 15pts but now only Player A is left in Clan X. In this case player A would account for 5 points(not 15)
38
If a player goes AWOL (or is suspended from CL), he doesn't count toward meeting the 1/3 of players requirement. None of the points he won count either. If this player was on a team, the points will be pro-rated.
39
40
Clan movement/ representationEvery player must be in the clan they represent on the start date of CL 11. If CL is using CLOT, players must be in the clan they represent when the game is created by the CLOT, where failure is an automatic loss (random if both teams fail).
41
If a player played for Clan X in CL 9 and moved to clan Y in CL 10, then they can not represent Clan X in CL 11. This rule is meant to stop free movement of players and restrict the advantages gained via allied clans (For ex - FakeNamePlayer for Masters/Apex, Lynx/101st, Masters/Apprentice, GG/GGr etc).
42
Note : This rule was tweaked from CL 10 rules. The extra waiting time was reduced from 2 to 1 CL.
43
44
Line-upIf CLOT : A player must be able to create a game by themselves on the template(i.e, unlock all features used on that template including the map itself). So, clans will have to watch out for this and accordingly choose their line-ups. We'll post the minimum level requirements for each template
45
Group A/BEvery clan must submit a lineup to fill all their slots(six 1v1, 2 * three 2v2, 3 * two 3v3). In total there are 18 slots per clan. A player can be put in a maximum of 3 slots. Any player listed in a clan's line-up must be a member of that clan on the date of the submission deadline.
46
Group Q1/2/3/4Every clan must submit a lineup for each of the two Stages.
47
The Stage 1 line-up contains 8 slots( three 1v1s, 2 * one 2v2, 3 * one 3v3). No player can play in more than 2 slots in this stage. This means that each clan must have a minimum of 4 players in this stage to be able to compete.
48
The Stage 2(C,D1,D2) line-up contains 10 slots ( three 1v1s, 2 * two 2v2s, 3 * one 3v3). No player can play in more than 3 slots in this stage. If a player has filled N slots in Stage 1, this player can only fill 3-N slots in Stage 2( that is, if you play 2 slots in Stage 1, you can only play (3 - 2 = )1 more slot in Stage 2)
49
The line-up for both stages must be submitted before the start of the league when groups are drawn for Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4. However, a clan may make any number of changes to their Stage 2 line-up before Stage 2 actually begins. These changes will not count towards their limit of 6 substitutions over the course of the season.
50
51
RosterEvery clan can submit a roster of up to 25 players. Every player in the line-up must be a part of the roster.
52
Any player present in a clan's roster must also be a member of that clan on the date of the submission deadline.
53
If a player with accounts in 2 clans is enlisted by both clans, they will be removed from both clans' rosters. The player can clarify with the CL panel who they wish to play for.
54
In the event of a substitution, a clan can only pick a player on their roster.
55
56
SubstitutionEvery clan can replace 6 slots(out of 18) over the course of the season. If player represents 3 slots, they can be partially replaced and continue to play some of the slots as well(i.e, substiuted in some, but not necesserily all of their slots). If a clan has used up 6 substitutions over the season, it cannot make any further ones regardless of the circumstances.
57
In the event of a substitution, the on-going games for the retired player will not be remade. Only games which have not been created will be allotted to the substitute. Both players will use up a slot playing this tournament. A substitution can be carried out by the CL staff. We will guarantee the substitution within a maximum of 3 days. Any new games created within this 3 day period for the retired player may be forfeit as well.
58
Do not take control of a retired player's account to save their current games. These games should be forfeit as a penalty for retiring the player.
59
Any substitution requests should be made only by clan leaders on the designated forum thread. It is also reccomened to send a PM to Main Administrator and/or Division Organizer refering to the forum post. Communication on the forum serves as notification for everyone. If no one has responded to a substitution request in 3 days, please reach out to the CL panel.
60
The forum post must state. 1. Player subbed out. 2 Player subbed in. 3 Tornument in which the substitution is done. 4. (optional, but recomended ) Number of subs the clan has left.
