A note from the author:
9
NB: Huntsman endorsed Romney, so we'll apportion Huntsman's delegates to Romney in the Pledged/Endorsed lineEven "Pledged" delegates will be open to some interpretation this year. On top of the usual uncertainty surrounding how support at precinct-level caucuses translate to delegates at later-stage conventions, even Primaries are susceptible to some interpretation this year.
10
E.g. South Carolina, where 2 delegates are awarded for each Congressional District, does not have a final map of its new Congressional Districts in place.
