STEP 2: Understand task value buckets and eliminate, delegate or prioritize accordingly based on your TDV/THV

Not all tasks are made equal. Eliminate or delegate all low and medium value tasks that do not help you crush your TDV. Prioritize high value tasks that do. Below we have provided a guide to help you understand which tasks fall into which value bucket. We recommend adding or updating the task list on a weekly or monthly basis.

IMPORTANT: Growth stage dictates the dollar amount of your value buckets. Dream Up = \$10/\$50/\$250/\$1,000 value buckets. Start Up = \$10, \$100, \$500, \$5,000. Ramp Up and above = \$10, \$100, \$1,000, \$10,000.
