3 | The playing rules shall be National Federation of State High School Association Rules for the current year except with the following modifications. |

5 | 1. 8U-9U: 6 minute quarters – stop clock. Overtime is 3 minutes. |

7 | 2. 10U-11U-12U: 7 minute quarters – stop clock. Overtime is 3 minutes. |

9 | 3. 13U-14U-15U-16U-17U: 7 minute quarters – stop clock. Overtime is 3 minutes. |

11 | 4. 12 & Under will play with a 28.5” ball. |

13 | 5. Two (2) time outs per half, no carryovers. Overtime – one (1) time out - no carryovers. |

15 | 6. Technicals on player will be shot. Technicals on bench will not be shot. 2 point award. Two (2) technicals on any coach associated with the team will mean a forfeit of game. |

17 | 7. Teams ahead by 30 points or more at any point in the second half must play defense behind their three point arc. If the lead drops below 30 points, normal rules will resume. |

19 | 8. First offense: Warning, Second and all additional offenses: 2 shot technical. |

21 | 9. A forfeit can be declared if a team arrives 15 minutes late for the posted game time. |

25 | Written protest must be filed within 30 minutes of the end of the game to be considered. $150.00 CASH FEE WILL BE POSTED. If protest is lost you forfeit the $150.00 fee. Brian Davis will decide on protest. |

27 | A player can only be on one roster and play for only that team. He becomes a member of that team the second the game starts. |

29 | A valid birth certificate and players’ report card for each player is required at check in. Any person found to have an illegal birth certificate and players’ report card will not be allowed to play and the team will forfeit all rights to play. In lieu of a birth certificate and report card a $50.00 cash bond must be posted. If a valid birth certificate and report card is not produced within 6 hours of game time the bond and any team standings will be forfeited. School records will be used to determine grade, if age is not used. |
