Be specific and radically honest with your self.Instead of unrealistic and overly ambitious goals and actions, think about the small wins - the next step if you will - that you can do in the respective life domain. The small wins are often things you can eliminate rather than add.

Some notes regarding the wheel of life

Distance from the center:
Areas closer to the center represent lower satisfaction, while those further out represent higher satisfaction.

Overall shape:
A smooth, round polygon indicates balanced satisfaction across areas. A bumpy, uneven shape suggests areas needing more attention.

Highest and lowest scores:
Identify the areas with the highest and lowest satisfaction scores. These are likely your strongest and weakest areas currently.

Trends:
Look for any trends in your scores. Are certain areas grouped together in terms of satisfaction? Are there specific life domains that seem generally stronger or weaker?

Remember:
This is a personal tool for self-reflection. There are no right or wrong answers. Use it as a springboard for further exploration and positive change in your life.
