7	4/10	So according to: Teachers with an existing TIA designation will not be annually resubmitted for designation within their five-year valid TIA designation period if they continue to meet the same designation level - example, a teacher that earned an Exemplary TIA designation during 2025-2026 would not be submitted to maintain their TIA Exemplary designation in 2026-2027. Does this mean a teacher who meets the eligibility for exemplary 2 years in a row would only receive TIA pay the first year? In order to continue to get the TIA pay, a teacher has to go from exemplary one year to master the next?	Teachers that have been designated will keep that designation for 5 years. The only resubmission would be if a Teacher earned Exemplary in one year then progressed to Masters, we would resubmit to advance that Teacher's designation.
8	4/16	As a RTI reading teacher, I work everyday, all day with student to help fill in the gaps which helps the teachers' scores improve at EOY for their TIA. What percentage of the TIA will I receive?	RTI teachers would be eligible for the 10% evenly distributed to teachers that are not included in the designation plan.
9	4/29	Why is our district choosing to use NWEA MAP scores instead of STAAR scores to determine growth? Can you tell me what other districts in our area are using? Is it similar or different?	The District is using Map and STAAR scores. While working on the TIA plan, many other districts followed the same plan on determining growth of students. As the plan develops and grows it will include district developed pre/post tests to determine growth for subjects not already included in the initial plan.
