LEGEND/INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH TAB IN THIS DOCUMENT:

The red section describes what is entered on each tab and why.

The rows in Blue describe the type of data that should go in that cell.

The rows in yellow show sample data. Use these to model your data and reach out to us with any questions!

Please fill out the tabs with your data, modelling the type of data displayed in the sample row. If you have any questions please contact brendan@connectsx.com

Please create a new row for each data record. This means a new row for each unique device/lot/custody combination.

Containers and Trays should be entered in the Containers Tab, not the Inventory Tab. However, you should list the Container Reference # in the Container Reference # Column in the Inventory tab for every item that is within that container.

Any field with "***" is a required field.

The only REQUIRED information to "go live" is the Inventory and Container Data. All other data can be entered at a later date if desired.

This spreadsheet gathers data from the following sources:

Inventory/Containers: your devices and instruments. This includes catalog information, lot numbers and the like, Specific fields are found in the Inventory tab. The container tab is separate from the inventory tab as these are loaded differently.

Physicians: the surgeons your sales and distriibution team works with. These are used when scheduling Cases in the system

Facilities: The locations your cases happen (ASCs, Hospitals, etc.). This can also include locations for your organization, such as warehouse and stock locations. Locations can be associated with inventory (consignment/loan) and with events/cases.

Procedures: The procedures your devices are used in. ALIF, Total Knee, etc. This is used for case scheduling details

Manufacturers: Primarily used for distributors. If you have multiple manufacturers you work with, this is where their detals would be collected.

Users: The individuals you will add to the ConnectSx system Users typically carry license costs.
