This resource is a work in progress; please consult the general documentation.

This workbook contains three main tables:

Facilities: One row per facility in the RMP database, providing its name, state, city, latest-listed owners/operator, number of submissions, date of latest RMP submission (by latest EPA-validation date), chemicals reported in latest submission, number of accidents reported in latest submission, and chemicals involved in those accidents.

Submissions: One row per RMP submission (rather than one row per facility), with similar information as above.

Accidents: One row per accident reported, attempting to remove duplicate entries across submissions. Please see here for an explanation of the deduplication process.

Accidents w/ Duplicates: One row per accident reported in a submission; due to reporting requirements, there are duplications across submissions.

NAICS Codes: The RMP database's NAICS code-to-description lookup table, modified only to change the column names.

For further explanation, please see this repository.
