Note: This document is being continually updated. It's difficult to summarize the complexity of these documents and the processes by which they evolve in a just a few sentences, but I will try my best to keep things concise. If you notice any errors or omissions, please let me know at dyong@hmc.edu. The changes made to a document often included more than just the sections I highlighted. There are other ways that the faculty governing documents can be revised to support greater equity and inclusivity besides looking at the criteria for reappointment and promotion.
