SummaryLet's share our experience together and talk about what's next!

DescriptionAfter so much content to consider, this dinner is a space to pause, reflect, and share what’s resonating most—personally or professionally. Join fellow entrepreneurs to name what you’re taking with you, how you want to act on it, and hear what others are excited to bring into their own work and life. This is a chance to say it out loud, spark new ideas, and cheer each other on as we each take the next step to put these powerful ideas to work.A conversation on how psychedelics are shaping the future of conscious leadership. We’ll explore how intentional psychedelic use is influencing personal growth, business vision, and leadership practices—alongside a look at the rapidly evolving ecosystem of legal psychedelic therapy, retreats, and startups.

Whether you’re personally experienced or simply curious, this is a space for thoughtful, non-promotional dialogue about the role these medicines may play in building a more purposeful and grounded entrepreneurial culture.
Starting is bold. Scaling is a whole new game.
As founders, we wear every hat, make every call, and build from the ground up. But as the company grows, so must we. The real challenge? Evolving from gritty builder to visionary leader—learning when to let go, what to take on, and how to become the leader our company needs next.

Join a candid conversation about the leadership shifts that scaling demands. What traits have you had to build—or are still working on—as your startup grows beyond you?
AI is reshaping how we build products, structure teams, and make decisions. At this dinner, we’ll explore what it means to “build with intelligence” in an AI-native world.

What does smart architecture look like now? Where is human insight still irreplaceable? And how do founders separate hype from true leverage?

This is a conversation for builders, operators, and curious minds who want to share how AI is showing up in their companies and where it’s headed next.
Founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and senior leaders are invited to an evening of unvarnished conversation. We'll move beyond the highlight reels to explore the true duality of leadership: the significant progress made alongside the inevitable hard things encountered. This is an opportunity to connect with peers, share your experiences authentically, and reaffirm the inherent human dignity that underpins every step of the journey, through both the difficult moments, the moments of profound accomplishment, and everything in between. This dinner is to discuss techniques to achieve multi-faceted results via conscious techniques that effect manifestation. Whether it be biohacking, meditation, sports activities, brainwave entrainment - these are some of the tools we will discuss and share.
