Internal Communications Program
Inside Wellmark6653555432
It is a large task to revamp any site, internal or external, but I would have like to have numbers to compare to before and after the site was complete. How engaged were employees with the old site compared to the new site. On paper it seems to be a great visually appealing site, worth the time, but the data included in the entry doesn't give enough information on the previous site to compare to the new site. I see that there is feedback and engagement with staff, but was there none before this new system? Also, I am not sure if the project stayed within the budget because there isn't any information on the breakdown of cost. There is only an amount listed within the last sentence.

Great job showing the campaign results, but honestly I am not sure if the efforts stayed within the budget because it only listed $100 per month. I wasn't sure if that was in addition to other amounts, but regardless it would have been better if a budget breakdown was included.
81
Social Media#BringDraketoDrake6664667664
With the only cost of $1.75, I assumed it stayed within a planned budget. Now that the celebrity has been to campus, I wonder if there is a way to obtain a number of staff who actually apply because of this campaign.

The results were explained very well and results were reached. Although, I am not sure if this project stayed within the budget because it was only listed and didn't go into detail if it met or exceeded the planned budget.

Medicare Annual Enrollment Period Campaign
6653654663
The results met the goal of having a higher click rate of .30 percent, which is great. I don't know if this project stayed within the budget because the entry only listed the cost. It would have been nice to know if this amount was planned or a breakdown of expected costs to compare to the actual cost.
84
Special EventGrand Blue Mile6653666663
The results stated were very well described. The budget however, wasn't listed in cost as to say it met, exceeded, or was under budget. It would have been good to list how the new campaign was estimated to add cost to the budget from previous years. Then an analysis on was it all worth the cost for the end results.

The goals were met by increasing awareness, but I am not sure if the budget was under, met, or over the amount reported. It would have helped to have a breakdown of the amount spent in the past, increase for new objectives, and if the budget was estimated correctly.

Since the events are complete, it is hard to say if the project stayed within the budget because it wasn't listed out per event. The attendance exceeded the goals, so that is a big success when evaluating the process of the plan even thought there are a few more events left.

Suggest focusing more on outcomes than outputs in future. Meeting the deadline not impressive (although I understand it may have been a challenge). Would have been good to talk about how measured employee satisfaction -- did you talk with 3 or 30 employees to get that feedback?

Mercy Cancer Center 2016 Annual Report
5546554455
There was no stated budget, just a statement of cost. The objectives were more like checking something off the list (covering topics for the reviewers).
I suspect there was more put into than was reflected in the entry description, but it should be documented.
Aspirational objectives may have included a way to make the technical information more easily digestible for the average person, showing the impact of the institution on the community, inspiring people through personal stories of survivors, using the content in new and interesting ways to leverage the investment.

You're to be commended for being on top of this to prepare information, distribute it and respond as needed. Areas in which you could step it up even more: specific objectives in the plan phase - for instance, to engage advisors, to reduce error (fines or whatever could happen), instill confidence, and to be thought leaders on this topic. I believe you accomplished much of that but stating it up front leads to the question ... how do I measure. A survey of advisors on how confident they are would be more concrete than "many emails of thanks." In addition, how did Cambridge compare with other groups in terms of media coverage, etc.
95
WebsitesWellmark.com7776777776
Should state the budget up front (in evaluation phase) vs just stating what was spent. Leaves me to wonder if you had any idea of the cost up front. If it's like a lot of projects, this would be hard to predict, but is worth the investment.
You have the right to be proud of your work.

The articles were excellent. Would like to know about other avenues that SHAZAM and its members could use to help share this information. Such as social media, sharing with other media outlets, etc. Also, is there a way to get more definitive feedback on the helpfulness of the article and other questions consumers may have? That is not Shazam's responsibility, but would be good if Shazam could work with its members to share this great information but also figure out information the consumers needs and get that to them as well.

Again, I marked this in the middle, because I can't compare results to the plan. It hasn't happened yet. The plan is fantastic, and I bet the campaign will be too. This is one of the best planned and most creative campaigns I've seen judging the awards, I just feel it should have been entered next year (2018) after there was something to judge it against.

Again, I'd like to know more about general awareness and moving the needle here. I do like that you used an outside firm to actually measure awareness, instead of just using your attendance numbers to do that, but I'm not sure if they also did the benchmark, and I'm not sure that your event directly correlated to a rise in general awareness. I'd like to see more on this evaluation. Who did they sample, and how did that demographic line up with your stated target one?
