This worksheet may be used to determine the percentages in and out of regular education for student within a specific grade span in a school.
2
Directions: To calculate the weekly minutes of the school day for LRE purposes we calculate the date from the opening bell to the closing bell (i.e., include non instructional times, such as lunch, recess and passing periods, as long as the pupil is included with typical peers).

Enter time in military time (e.g., 1:30 PM is entered as 13:30) for each day of a regular or typical week for the grade level in the school.

You will need to create one table for each grade span that has varied instructional minutes (e.g., a table for kindergarten, a table for grades 1-3, another table for grades 4-6, etc.
