Back to main sheetThe big picture: What you are doing when making posts is you are pushing stuff into pigeon holes from behind. What they look like on the site and where they appear is taken care of by the WordPress Theme aka my design. You have to put stuff into the right pigeon holes and tick all the right categories and get all the formats right so the theme knows where to find them and show them on the website. This is the key to guide you through that for all the different post types.Featured Image - in the box on the right hand sidebar of wordpress.Other Images go into the post itself. My suggestion - Prepare all the text in googledocs and then paste it in first and then insert the images where you want them. Use Galleries wherever possible, because otherwise the images are very big and take too much prominence in the post.More Fields - these are specials made by me, find them by expanding the more fields thingy at the bottom of the post text field.
