Availability ReportWhen you shut hosts done you get prompted to say why. I still fill those in because in the old days you could see a report of why the hsot had been shut down. We will try to produce that report using PowerCLI. Not sure if it is possible, but we will fight to make it true.Michael White1Erwan Quélin

Simple vSphere CLI"Quick vCenter aka qvc" -- Bone simple command language interface for your favorite vCenter operations: Online commands to load and delete VMs, get VM information, power on, power off, take/restore snapshots, etc.. Implement with pyvmomi, make it extensible so new commands can be added quickly and easily.Robert Hodges - Pointy haired boss1 Giuseppe Maxia (NOT ATTENDING)

(Recommend dropping this and joining vRO as Giuseppe can't make conference. :(2 Philippe Dellaert (basic pyvmomi)

Nested vLab BuilderGiven a base system of vSphere 6.0 U2, build cookie cutter nested "labs" on demand. Each lab would have a Windows Domain controller (built using an already built Powershell script I'll provide), VCSA/PSC, nested vSAN.
Mike Foley - The #GOMFL Guy
1 Chris Lewis
36
The environment would, using PowerNSX, deploy a NAT Edge with DHCP services and rules (80% there with this script). When that's done, it would deploy the domain controller. When the DC is done, the DC would then reach back to the base system and deploy VCSA and clone an ESXi VSAN VM multiple times. (The DC needs to do this because of DNS issues) I have bits and pieces of this that need some work and then building a full deployment script for it, all based on PowerCLI. 2. Myles Gray - Is ginger and can NSX
37
Team 7The end goal is to be able to deploy a ready to rock nested lab from one script and have it all up and running in less than 30 minutes (i/o dependent)
3. Cormac Hogan (with the gorgeous hair) - Customer 0 for the team
38
4. Paudie O'Riordan (powercli VSAN guru and tea-totaller)
