Meeting the venueAfter the dinner and registration, participants are invited to informal meeting to get an idea of what is going to happen in following days, and get to know each other through simple energiser activities of their own choosing

DAY 1 | Start of the journey

Morning circle + IntroMorning circle as a place for community meeting, where everybody can address any needs they might have. Apart of practical check, group leaders will officially introduce the program, its objectives, dissemination, etc. It will also a space for introducing the different working teams, and its members, and explaining the plans and working styles.

Youthpass introYouthpass in explained in details and introduced as the main reflection tool used during the program.

Body movement: body-mind centerinIn the first session, we will focus on the first level of somatic practice: body-mind centering. Ability to recongize the connection in between body and mind. The practice was developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in the 1970s and aims to foster a deeper understanding of how our bodies function, move, and express emotions, thoughts, and sensations.

Division of reflection groupsParticipants will divide themselves into 5 groups of 4 participants. The invitation is to form international groups where are maximum 2 people from the same country, to create a space for diversity and learning. The reflection groups are meeting every day with 4 main purposes:
1) to share in a safe space, and reflect on their emotions and well-being
2) to reflect on and anchor their learning of the day from the perspective of the Youthpass
3) to provide an anonymous feedback to the organisers
4) to prevent extra conflicts within the working teams

PMChoosing a mentor1) Individual work: participants divide paper to 3 columns: a) What I excel at, b) What I am horrible at, c) What I would like to learn
2) Mingling process: find a couple, share: name, Country, what’s on your paper, explain. Exchange.
3) Select a mentor: Create a couple in a sense you are mentor/mentee to each other. Everyone should be mentor to at least one and mentee to at least one.
4) Set up a learning goal and discuss them.

Body movement: groundingWe will focus on the 2nd level of somatic practice: grounding. Ability to get in touch with ones body, and physicality, and calm themsleves from whatever emotional state they might have been at.

DAY 2 | Descent to Underworld

Body movement: Tiritation
Titration in somatics is about finding the balance between exploring body-mind experiences and ensuring that the nervous system remains regulated, allowing deeper healing to happen at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Letter to fearParticipants are invited to find a place where they can sit and write uninterrupted for around half an hour. They can use pen and paper or computer or create a voice message - it is entirely their choice. They write two letters, for each take 5 to 10 minutes, writing whatever it comes to their mind without taking the pen off the paper or re-reading the sentences:

1) First letter is from the fear to themselves (Dear XY, I am your fear and this is what I want to tell you...)
2) The second letter is a response from them to the fear (Dear Fear, thank you for your letter which I was glad to receive. This is what I want to tell you...)

Then they read both letters giving the fear the appreciation for showing up, and thanking themselves for having courage to welcome it.

At the end, participants meet for short debrief, which holds a space for anyone to discuss and share what they need after the exercise (if they need it).

PMHugging the DragonEduLarp activity equiping elements of psychodrama-therapy. Participants will have an opportunity to discover what they didn't like about themsleves (their shadow sides), and acknowledge it as a part of them.

EveningDisconnectionParticipants will give upon their phones and laptops and lock them in a truck to support their reconnection with themselves and with each other, without a distraction of mundane word.

ConnectionThe activity of disconnection will be followed by two more activities to find new ways how to connected with each other and with the group. 1) based on breathing in couples 2) based on connecting through heartbeat and listening to it in a group circle

Our believes often represents a certain burden that was "given" to us (or according systemic perspective, we took it from them) by our parents or other systems. Participants will create a groups of 5 and went through a process of "returning burden".

Treshold walkIndividual process, in which participants went to the nature with a specific intention (ie. discovering an answer to the burning question). At the point that felt right to them, they imagined stepping over a threshold. They continue the walk without any intentions, being attentive to their intuitions and random messages and symbols they were receiving.

PMTreshold walk sharingSharing from a threshold walk, done in a specific way. Participant will be divided into two groups, each group supervised by one trainer. Everybody will share their experience from their walk. Then, the rest of the group will have an opportunity to "mirror them" - retelling the story they just heard with their own imaginary and symbols. This will providing to the group new meanings and perspectives.

EveningRitual: BurialAll participants will create a doll representing heir old self, with a symbolical representation of all he beliefs they used to hold and which doesn't serve them anymore. They will symbolically "burry "the old self and its old belief, so they can start to emerge into the new life.

Authentic movementMovement workshop, where participants connects to one's intuition and true self as well. An authentic movement was a movement approach arising from unpremeditated or “authentic” impulses for movement. It is a self-directed form, where one explores and discovers movement and how the movement arises from the body. Authentic movement leads to a higher sense of embodiment, and kinesthetic awareness but also provides a space for movement without judgment. This was followed by a short discussion that primed the participants into identifying the strategies for maintaining a balance.

Orpheus RoadOrpheus Road is a type of systemic work which is using elements of storytelling, constellation, positioning, and inclusive theatre. The workshop is using the story of Orpheus: Greek poet who went to the underworld to rescue his dead wife Eurydice. The Hades, God of the dead, agreed that Eurydice can come back with Orpheus if he will not take a look back either once. As Orpheus is walking back, he doesn’t hear his dead wife footsteps. He looks back to find out that she is still walking behind him but she cannot follow further because he looked back. Participants are creating couples and re-creating the story of Orpheus and Eurydice while searching for new meanings inside of it, to see their own life-journey: are they able to trust, or are they going to look back - and what is their act bringing to them?
