Annual Chartered Organization Meeting Held
42
43
This is a once-a-year meeting held between the commissioner and the Executive Officer or Institutional Head of the Chartering Organizationbetween the Chartered Org and the Unit.
44
It is recommended that the COR and even the Unit Leader participate in this discussion.
45
Purpose is to sign the Annual Charter Agreement, and foster good relations between the Chartered Org and the Unit.
46
In many cases it may be the only time an EO finds out what is going on in the Unit.
47
It also serves to iron out any problems between the Unit and the Chartered Org, such as meeting location, equipment storage, etc.

Fundraisers Held
54
55
Placing flags on holidays is the main source of funds for the troop. Scouts earn scout bucks for Christmas Tree Recycling and for additonal days flags are placed beyond the two days they are required to to do. These are two excellent income sources for the troop and the committee does not see the need to do any other fund raising.
