|Staff Facilitation Centre was opened on 09-10-2017 at HQ Office of N. F. Railway to facilitate the staff to redress their grievances. Staff on duty at the facilitation centre will provide necessary information and help the staff to record their grievances and chase up for quick disposal of the grievances. Grievances lodged at the centre will be registered on the online NIVARAN portal (www.nivaran.railnet.gov.in). |
Information regarding grievance registration and action taken status will be intimated to the staff concerned through SMS alerts. Also, the staff can check the action status of their grievances by logging the NIVARN portal with their Username and Password intimated through SMS.

Department wise Summary Sheet, Date wise Summary Sheet and Month wise Summary Sheet of registered grievances can also be checked under the contents list.
