6	While we try to keep this information up to date, each provider’s information may change or may be different than what is listed. When determining whether they fit your needs, follow up directly with the provider to get the most updated information and/or conduct additional research. Finding a provider you are comfortable with can be important, so don't be afraid to ask them questions about what to expect from their sessions, their experience working with your condition and background, costs, and anything other concerns you may have during the consultation or first appointment. 8	It's recommended you contact your insurance to determine if referrals are necessary, what costs they can cover, and whether they have a limit to the number of sessions you can take. If a provider is “Out of Network '' that means that they do not accept insurance. In these cases, depending on your insurance plan, you may need a referral from your insurance company and be charged out-of-pocket costs.
