More specifically with 1 vendor all items that I had ordered & previously paid for were not handed to us on the 1st drive through. I asked to go through again to retrieve the 1 item I realized I was missing but was still missing an item that I didn't realize until I got home. The other vendor just didn't seem organized. I received some items that I did not order (I drove back to the market to return them) & other items were missing that I had ordered but also didn't realized that until I got home. Bags weren't labeled well enough for the person handing the items out. I gave both vendors feedback by e-mailing them. One responded & will resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the other vendor did not respond which I find disappointing. I would encourage vendors to do follow through on any adverse issues. It is a wonderful system. I think the wrinkles could easily be worked out by processing the feedback from customers. This is a really important thing that you are doing & will help people stay out of stores & support the farmers. I do home you will keep the market going if at all possible. For the questions that I didn't answer above - I am easy-going and flexible and have no preferences. One problem I saw was that people came but said they do not have a computer so they didn't know of the changes and would not be able to pre-order. I don't know how this impacts low income families that do not have access to the internet. Libraries are closed so they are not able to go that route. Also, I pay with SNAP but since I had left over coins, I used them instead. How/When would I have paid if I had to use my SNAP card? | |||||||||||||
