So one might imagine the top has a lot of warm fluid that can be collected and used, instead of turning on heaters, for example. So we move fluid around the surface of the body in a way to achieve whatever heat rejection or heat gain that we need.

No. Keep in mind 40 miles/day is only under ideal conditions (Check the map on Aptera website). The energy has to come from somewhere. If it didn't come from the panels, it would come from your charging station.
