This workbook is version 1 of the GREGoR Data Model, as adopted by the Data Standards and Analysis Working Group.

This workbook documents the decisions related to the data model by the GREGoR Data Standards and Analysis Working Group. The data model related discussions are currently ongoing and thus this document is a work in progress

As the tables are adopted, the DCC will copy them to the consortium data model github repository at https://github.com/UW-GAC/gregor_data_models

For data submission, RCs will submit separate tab-separated files that correspond to each table in the data model to a designated AnVIL workspace and contain the fields as indicated in this data dictionary. The submitted files will be processed, which may include adding additional fields (also indicated in this data dictionary).

Proposed revisions, questions, or comments on this data model should be submitted as "issues" at the data model github repository at https://github.com/UW-GAC/gregor_data_models.
