Use the below inventory sheet to do an inventory count on a regular basis. You can print the template below and mark it out manually as you complete your inventory count and then copy and date it into this sheet. Just duplicate the tab and you have it saved forever! When your done you can enter the values into the Consumption Report also to track your inventory levels over any period of time. Make a Copy of this sheet by going to File -> Make a Copy if you do not have Google Drive you can go to File -> Download -> Microsoft xlsx
