Guideline for including services

There are three sheets below, each to be filled out in English. The translation on the platform will be automatic to UKR and RUS.

Services can be added to a specific sub-category by choosing category and sub-category from a drop-down menu. There is a sheet called 'Sub-categories' below if an overview is required.

For the columns:

There is a separate excel file for each country, thus the first column (Country) will stay as it is.

Please include a service name to make sure that the service type is clear for the users.

Organisation: The organisation's name providing the service.

Website: The link to the service and corresponding organisation.

Google Maps Link: The link to the precise location on Google Maps (if applicable).

Target Group: The service's age group (e.g. 16+, 18+, all, …).

Language in which the service is available (e.g. EN/UE, UE/RU, …).

Address: The address or city where to find the service (please indicate if it's an 'online only' service).

Online: Indicate if the service is available online (drop-down yes/no).

Description: The description should help users to understand better what the service is about. Provide a brief description, or explanation, if needed.

Contact: Any contact details of the service for the users.

Free: Indicate if the service is generally free or not (drop-down yes/no).

Verified: Indicate if the service is already verified.

Verification Contact: The contact to whom one should reach out for verification of the service (e.g. Miniila partner).
