4	Baronessa and Praetoria	Prima & Violeta	Yes	Pennsic went well, SASS table barony day was a surprise but we pulled it off, did incure some unplanned expenses. Violetta was there Peace Week, and Prima represented us well during War Week.
5	Seneschal	Ceindrech 2/24-2/26	Yes	Pennsic Reception- oops! Two seneschals failed our communication and botched this, but we pulled off a nice spread from Cooper's store and stayed under budget. There is enough extra money to cover the SASS expenses. Quarterly report is due in two days, and will be done on time.
6	Herald	Gwen 12/22-12/26	Virtual	Congratulations to Michi who ran court at both Iris Festival and Pennsic! Pennsic Court was especially challenging because of the time constraints from Their Majesties. Court Report is in progress. Thanks also to Sabastian for heralding Her Excellency Prima at Main Court and to everyone who came out for Opening Ceremonies. Michi and I both submitted our quarterly heralds' reports on time. I am not sure what happened to the submissions of the award names / badges; it seems some of the Kingdom heralds' offices have changed hands and I don't know if Zaritsa passed them on or not. Will check to see if check to COH was deposited. May need to resubmit; I kept copies of the forms, if we need to start over. I know there have been some consultations and more coming; please be sure to report them to me for my Q reports and so I can try to attend. ETA: Check was redeemed so the submissions were received!
7	Knight Marshal	Guillaume 10/23-10/25	Virtual	New marshall's handbook goes into effect 1/1/26- all marshall activities. We should all be looking at it. Terminology is changing but there is finally a change log so we can become familiar with it. Please marshalls become familiar with this and talk to your fighters. Winter site- Svava has a lead and they continue to work on it. His term is up, he'll submit a letter.
8	Minister of Arts and Sciences	Eleanor 2/25-2/27	Yes	We continue to do all the things, guilds are meeting, scriptorium and A&S will happen this month, Fiber guild will be changing hands but remains active. Watch the baronial calendar for all the details. We were also well represented in War point judging and participating.
9	Chronicler	Silence 2/24-2/26	Yes	Starts classes again next week- She will work with Cerva, her new deputy, on the next newsletter. We are doing the free trial for 3 weeks for the new software- she'll send the receipt to Forveleth if it works.
10	Exchequer	Forveleth 6/25-6/27	Yes	money goes in, money goes out, we continue to be in budget.
11	Minister of Lists	Skjoldr 2/24-2/26	Virtual	Busy, credit to THL Elinor for running Rapier Inspection Point. Available if we need him. Stellar Archery tourney will be Sunday after Seven pearls.
12	Chatelaine	Svava 10/22-10/26	Yes	We had a gaggle of newbies at Pennsic and they all got home again! Gold key: 1. Approximately half a dozen Gold Key items were distributed for Pennsic War. 2. Several folks at the Garb Swap helped me reorganize the bins by clothing size for greater ease of distribution (yay!). 3. Gold Key received several direct donations at Gqrb Swap, primarily plus-sized Middle Eastern garments. Pending tasks include processing the items left over after garb swap for incorporation into Gold Key, and the $200 proposed purchases for gender-neutral underlayers (chemises/puff shirts).

20	June Minutes for approval			Svava moved to approve, Elle second.
21	Iris Festival 6/7/25			Even in direct conflict with Scarlett Guard Inn we did really well- break even was 80, we had 76, food was under budget, we had $2 built in for profit, and we still made a little bit of money (just over $2 per person). We also had a great time watching court at Scarlett Guard Inn but will hopefully never need to do that again.
22	Garb Swap			went well- that site was fantastic, with everything we needed.
23	Pennsic - Sheetwall project			it was beautiful, we need to schedule to do many more panels. Broom has all the sheetwalls. Elle will ask him about doing this at the September social.
24	Pennsic report			Recommendations: we will do this as email, Ceindrech will start it. Finances- new water heater was covered under camp fees. Trailer fee for load out will get sent to Exchequer.
25	September Social Meeting - 2nd Sunday in September (14th)			North Park, two story building with a kitchen, hillside so not accessible- stairs every route, minimum 2 steps with a grassy walk to the first floor, another 15 to the second. Bathroom stalls are roomy but no grab bars. Huge green for heavy and fencing, outdoor balcony, wide open dance floor- could put down dropcloths and paint comets! Skyguard asked about arrow repair and such workday. Armor repair is also a possibility. Brewers could use the kitchen. Tough site for dyeing- no outdoor electric or drain, but metal sink in kitchen. There is a trail head from the building if foresters wanted to explore. Hours 12 until 5. Ceindrech will ask T'svee'a about a ramp for the two steps- photos of the grassy path are a minimal slope and WC tolerable.

31	Upcoming Events- think 9 months ahead
32	12th Night Bid			Bid approved, motion by Niall, Second by Violeta and Elle, Forveleth abstained. 1 portajohn ADA approved.
33	St Brigid's Inn Bid			Cozy midwinter A&S event when the energy of 12th Night has waned. Informal classes and make and takes, one big room so it will be separate tables including martial- repair, etc. There is a side room with a bar for the brewers, possibly a competition, dayboard of period preserved foods. Fully accessible! Encouraged an online registration so that food numbers could be cut if attendance appears weak, but wait for checks at the door. Moved to approve by Violeta, second by Gwen, approved with abstain from Elle and Kattera.
34	60 Year bid			multiple issues still need to be worked out- seneschal coverage, land agent, catastrophe plans, clarification of daily fees, missing staff such as MOL, everything needs to be filled out. Official announcement, use 50 year bid as her template. The fact that no one in the MIddle Kingdom will sponsor this is a huge red flag. What is happening besides equestrian? Who is planning it? If it floods, how do we cope? Fireworks on the same site with horses? Why is Society not supporting this? Does this just need to be an interkingdom Equestrian event?
35	Forester's Guild- Tristyn			Guild has been active in Æthelmearc for about 1.5 years, mostly from WV. Tristyn and Constance have been doing small things in this area and including St Swithin's Bog. She recently learned that they can have chapters, and we don't have one. Creating a chapter here will allow us to have more formal meetings, coordinate more events. 5 guild members and permission from barony are first two steps in their process to formalize a chapter. Our Barony doesn't approve guilds, but we all agree with starting it here!
