Purpose:•Sets inquiry priorities
•Community-wide relationship management
•Promotes work of HDC
•Ensures sustainability via fiduciary oversight and fundraising, as needed
•Supports building will
•Supports procedural activities of staff
•Oversees development and implementation of data access and use, specifically policies and procedures
•Supports technical activities of staff
•Reviews data license requests
•Approves data license requests
•Identify and coordinate data infrastructure funding priorities
•Ensure collaborative rather than redundant or competing data priorities
•Supports trust building across agencies that serve the Hartford community

Recommendation to create a community based advisory group to work across structures to ensure community voice, particularly for those represented in the data. This should be developed once these initial structures are in place.
