3 | Students | 318 students with last names beginning from A-L will be in Group A. Students in Group A will attend in-person school on Monday and Tuesday. 4 | Scheduling | Students receive about 120 minutes of Reading and Math on cycle Days 1-5. Students receive about 120 minutes of Science and Social Studies on Day 6. 9 | Lavatories | One male or female--one student--will be permitted to use the lavatory at a time from each classroom. All students must sign-out using the "Digital Hallpass." No whole-class bathroom breaks will be permitted until further notice. Each classroom will be designated a primary and secondary set of lavatories for students to use. 15 | Attendance | Student attendance is taken by 9:00 each morning. In-person students are to be physically present by 9:00 am, virtual students are to be logged in by 9:00 am. 16 | Arrival | Students will enter the building at 8:45. Students that walk to school will enter the doors adjacent to the main entrance. Students that ride the bus to school will be dropped off along the side entrance next to the MEC playground. Students will be asked to social distance as they depart the bus and enter the school. Students that unload from any bus that must unload prior to 8:45, but after 8:30 am, will gather socially-distanced in the gymnasium until they are released to their classrooms at 8:45. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
17 | Dismissal | Student's school day ends at 3:10. All students will report to their homeroom to prepare for a 3:10 dismissal. Buses and Walkers will be dismissed first and other bus-riding students will be dismissed as their buses arrive. 18 | Breakfast | Walkers entering the school will receive a bagged breakfast in the cafeteria. Walker students will eat their breakfast in the cafeteria, socially-distanced as possible. Students that ride the bus to school will receive a bagged breakfast upon their entry into the school in the small concession stand located outside of the gymnasim. 19 | Lunch | All in-person students can either buy lunch or pack lunch. All students will eat a 30-minute lunch per their classroom schedule. Six lunch periods will be utilized from 10:45 to 1:25. Students will be spaced out in assigned seats, not across from each other in any circumstance. Tables will be sanitized between classes. Students packing their lunch will eat in half the gymnasium and socially distanced with students of their own class. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

48 | Communications | The principal is directly responsible for all public and family communications coming from CE Cole. ClassDojo is the primary method for teachers to commununicate general messages. Teachers also use telephone and email to make direct contact.
