1. Make Fresh Brewed Coffee Every 30 Minutes.

2. Clean and Stock Coffee Machines/Counters/Condiment Bar Every

 30 Minutes.

3. Clean both Restrooms Every 30 Minutes - scrub toilets, urinels,

 sinks / clean mirror and counter / fill soap dispenser / re-stock toilet
9
 paper / sweep & mop floor. Change the mop water when finished.

4. Clean/Stock/Front/Face the Coolers, Freezers, & Beer Cave - sweep &
11
 mop the Beer Cave.

5. Clean/Stock/Front/Face the Gondola Shelving.
13
6. Clean/Stock/Ice the Beer Ice Bin.
14
7. Clean Inside Seating/Tables/Counter in the seating area.
15
8. Restock all Cups/Lids/Straws/Napkins.
16
9. Wipe down all Dispensed Beverages Counters & Cabinets.
17
10. Windex the Front & Side Doors and all Cooler Doors.
18
11. Empty all Interior Trash Cans & Counter Trash Units.
19
12. Sweep and Mop the Interior Floor - change out the mop water when
20
 finished.
21
13. Pick up Trash in Parking Lot - all sides.
22
14. Pick up Trash in Landscaping - perimeter, the east lawn and behind
23
 the store.
24
15. Roll up the Air/Vac Hoses & wipe down the Air/Vac Machines.
25
16. Restock the Towels into both sides of the Windshield Service Unit.
26
17. Wipe off the Outside Tables and Chairs.
27
18. Walk around the store - make sure everything is
28
 clean and organized before you clock out of your shift.
