Hello friends! The purpose of this document is to provide a consolidated resource guide for transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming folx in and around Baltimore, MD. We hope it will act as sort of a FAQ for available resources around the city and especially hope it will allow recently-out trans folx and trans folx who are new the area quickly and easily discover the resources present in the area. It should be noted that just because these resources exist does not guarantee that they will fulfill individual needs or will necessarily be a good fit with every individual. We encourage you to use this as a jumping-off point to explore available options and to find what best suits your individual desires/needs, and even ask around to other community members about these resources.

THIS CURRENT VERSION IS AN INCOMLPETE WORK IN PROGRESS and doesn't include everything we want to eventually include (including multiple organizations), but we wanted to put out a version now to allow the community to see what's going on. If any information seems inexplicably missing, that's probably why. The public version of this guide will continue to be updated, so be sure to check back for new additions! Also, we haven't yet figured out a good way to list mutliple websites for one resource and have them all link separately. Additionally, text cannot be copied from the document in read-only mode. Appologies for the inconvenience this might cause, especially when trying to access websites. If anyone has suggestions on how to deal with this, please reach out!

HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT
13
This resource guide is split up into several categories that exist on seperate pages ("sheets") within the spreadsheet. These can usually be found and accessed at the bottom of the document (in browser) or the top of the document (mobile) through small tabs. Each category has a list of organizations, resources, recurring events, etc. followed by columns for: a description, website(s) or most useful/accessible social media page, contact (phone number, address, e-mail, etc), and additional info.

Within the additional info column, some items may have a "⚧" symbol followed by information on whether or not the organization/service/group is founded, run, organized, and/or staffed by trans people. Items with this icon have been confirmed to have trans folx directly involved in ways that are described on each item. It is always possible that items without this information listed may in fact have trans folx involved, they just have not been confirmed to (as of the most recent update to this document).

This document was originally created as part of the Facebook group Bmore ⚧ Trans, and is primarily managed by PK (they/them), who can be contacted at guide@bmoretrans.com. It was compiled with considerable help from existing resource lists provided by Evan Lori Mahone, The Baltimore Transgender Alliance, Star Track, and Elliott Gillooly, as well as contributions from community members and leaders.

Feel free to contact PK with any questions, feedback, comments, corrections, and recommendations/submissions! We could especially use information about university resources at this time!

Future agenda plans for this document:
∙ fixing hyperlink issues
∙ adding accessibility information for every entry
