14 | There are 3,979 pledged delegates, for a first-ballot majority of 1991 delegates.
15 | Notes: The counts reflect the most advanced "call" counts between the AP or Edison (e.g. used by NPR), with a few exceptions accounting for 5 delegates. 1. Iowa count is using the SDE count, as DNC rules prescribe; SDE count has errors that are still uncorrected, though. One national delegate rests on the statewide count whose precise-enough result is not discoverable given existing errors. 2. Nevada: I'm leaving two delegates TBD for some caution. (Based on current results, these would split Biden/Sanders.) These correspond to: (a) final CD4 delegate, & to (b) the final PLEO delegate. Some errors remain in the count that I'm waiting on. 3. California: The Green Papers projects Bloomberg at 14 delegates based on current results, whereas he's been called to have 15. it is likely due to the GreenPapers making approximate estimates out of district lines, but leaving it at 13 for now. 4. Michigan's uncalled delegate corresponds to MI-12, which is EXTREMELY tight.
