The SAP provides a variety of renting specic resources on their website. Examples include "Apartment renting checklist, Avoiding Apartment Scams, information about renter insurance, to sublet or not to sublet, enting an apartment without a good credit history," etc... You can also call the SAP Simmons phone number and speak with a specialist for support navigating renting resources. This is a free resource for Simmons students and their household members.

7	Health at Home	https://www.mass.gov/guides/health-at-home	Home environmental health hazards can cause significant illness or injury, which may affect residents’ ability to safely enjoy their homes, whether they own, rent, or lease them. The Health at Home website is a one-stop clearinghouse of resources to provide landlords, tenants, and homeowners with accurate information about these hazards and what laws and rules govern them in order to promote safe and healthy homes.

30	Boston Housing Facebook Groups: search "boston housing", "boston sublets"		We recommend searching Facebook using speciifc neighborhoods surounding the Fenway area to find housing Facebook pages. Bordering Boston neighborhoods include Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain, Brookline, Allston, Brighton, Roxbury. Additional neighborhoods that our students live that require longer commute times include Quincy, Dorchester, Mattapan, Watertown, Cambridge, Somerville, Melrose, Malden, Chelsea, Everett and other towns accesible by public transportation. We also advise searching specific key words into the search bar to see posts with similar language such as "queer housing, BIPOC housing", etc...Please note that some groups are public and others are private. Private groups may have a applicant process that is overseen by the page monitorers.
