Context:
The Calendar of Collections ("CoC") is a document that encompasses all major deadlines and deliverables for the 2023-2024 school year. The CoC lists tasks/reminders in a chronological order. It is organized so that Charter Schools are aware of upcoming deadlines and are also aware of CSO reporting timelines.

How To Use:
1) Review Column H to determine if tasks apply to your school (review for "All" or "Renewal") and Columns I and J to determine priority and final deadlines.
2) Review Column C (Item Type). Column C identifies whether the task is a "submission", "certification", or "review reminder". "Submissions" are tasks that need to be submitted (Column G identies where a task must be submitted). "Certification" refers to a document on Epicenter that needs to be reviewed and certified (approved) through Epicenter. "Review Reminder" acts as a reminder that the CSO will review specified items, such as school websites, on that date.
3) Review Columns D and E (Submission Requirement and Description) to determine what task is to be completed.

FAQ's:
What is the difference between a priority and a final deadline?
-Priority deadlines are specified for particular submissions. They are opportunities for charter schools to submit items at an earlier deadline in order to receive feedback on the submission. If the submission is found compliant, the Charter School is not required to resubmit documentation. If found noncompliant, the Charter School is able to resubmit by the final deadline. This is an excellent opportunity for charter schools to receive feedback and confirm that they are compliant prior to final submission.

What does Column G,
"Upload Location" mean?
-This refers to where tasks need to be submitted or, in cases of a review, where the review will be completed. Some tasks need to be submitted in Epicenter while others need to be submitted via a different process. Complete the submission as described.

What does Column K,
"Reporting Timeline", mean?
-Reporting Timeline states when the CSO will share a rating and comment for the calendar item. When schools receive the draft report, Charter Schools have the opportunity to review ratings and ask the CSO any questions. At the time of the final report, all ratings are final and are not subject to adjustment or review.

Who do I reach out to with additional questions?
