NOTE: The ability to "Update" will be provided to authorised persons by the VYUFDA Secretary. THis is NOT available for use by other Organisations without written permission

If you wish to use the live sheet, please notify the Secretary a minimum of 2 weeks before the event. Please include the names and Email address for the person(s) that will have Editor access.

The person entering information (including scores) must have editor access. They will need to be logged in on the device used for scoring.

Please test that the designated person(s) can access the form prior to the event.

Determine the classes to be run and if they are to be run in a combined manner (e.g. Maiden/Novice). Enter the handler and dog from the draw in their run order in the appropriate sheet.

If you wish to move competitors or dogs arround DO NOT use the insert row function as this will not apply the required formula's to these records. Instead Copy the records you wish to move and then use "Paste Special Values " to create the required space

2For all scores, please enter the points off as provided by the judge. The Score will calculate automatically.

For scratching, Retires, disqualified etc, enter SCR, Ret, DQ etc in the "Points Off from Judge". It will then update to a score of Zero.

4The leader boards will build automatically as scores are entered

For events that combine classes, Select the appropriate combined class sheet sheet and enter the class as described (e.g. M,N or M/N for both)

6For a Championship event use the Championship Event Template rather than this one

7In the event there are dogs on the same score it will take them all through to the final

Round 2 scores are entered in the leaders board (to the right of first round). The sheet caters for 2 rounds only. In the event of a run off you will need to record seperately.

On the Open, Improver, Novice, Maiden and Encourage Sheets, the top 6 (for Open) or 4 for other levels dog scores will be highlighted on the leaderboard. This may equate to more than 4 dogs if dogs share the same score. See below
