13	When account is created with `create_account_with_brain_key` and password is chosen any random text starting with 5xxx causing lost ownership of that account. This bug exist on Bitshares as well, as reported by testz which he lost ownership of an account. Active private key exist but there is no way to get owner private key. It's very easy to reproduce `suggest_brain_key` use private key "5..." as password or any random text starting with 5...	good-karma/testz	cli_wallet
