As stated above, I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.

ADOPTABLES

I currently only give adoptables for free on my private discord server, they need to be claimed via DM on discord.

These giveaways usually come with the beginning of each season.

After claiming you will receive a full resolution file of the adoptable with a transparent background and one with a neutral background.

You may not claim to be the creator of the design, and you must credit me as the creator.

Once you claim an adopt, it is yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.

Reselling and gifting is permitted so long as the adoptable is not sold for more than what you paid for the additional art that you commissioned.

You may not turn any adoptable purchased or given into a closed species.

I WILL NOT PUBLISH THE ADOPTABLE REFERENCE ON MY MEDIA UNLESS DIRECTLY ASKED BY THE OWNER

You are free to make minor changes to an adopt once you own it.

The adopt must remain recognizable. Gender, hair color/length, eye color, skin/fur color are all perfectly fine to change.

I can do these changes for a small fee, however, most of the time im not available to change an adoptable.

By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms:

CONCERNING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FINISHED PIECE DISTRIBUTION

I DO NOT AUTHORIZE MY WORK TO BE USED INTO ANY AI DATABASES

I DO NOT AUTHORIZE MY WORK TO BE SEND INTO ANY AI GENERATOR FOR MODIFICATION OR RESEARCH.

I provide commissions exclusively via digital medium. There will not be any physical component.

Artwork includes an HD version of the full commission and a transparent version without background.

The editable files will be uploaded to my patreon and the background will be made available for free use.

Completed pieces will be delivered via DM, e-mail, patreon or posted on FurAffinity.

I may not keep all pieces of art forever. It is the sole duty of the commissioner to save and store a completed commission.

My work is for personal or private use only.

I maintain all rights to my work, including the selling of prints or other physical items, unless specifically requested.

No other party other than myself is allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove the signature from a finished product.

I WILL NOT PUBLISH CHARACTER SHEETS UNLESS ASKED BY THE COMMISSIONER

THIS IS TO PROTECT OCs FROM BEING TAKEN BY OTHER PEOPLE.

PROCESS DETAILS

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission work from me. If I find that you are not, you will be blocked.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Full payment is required before I will begin any work except in the case where I and the commissioner agree to a payment plan.

Upon the conclusion of an auction, the invoice must be paid within 24 hours of sending. If not, I will default to the next highest bidder.

I may cancel a commission at any time, at which point the commissioner will be issued a refund if available.

Upon completion, the commissioner will be given a digital product in high resolution via DM or e-mail if that method of delivery is requested.

You will receive a full version and a transparent version without background.

The commissioner is welcome to upload the art to their gallery and anywhere else they wish to, they can print copies of said artwork.
