SheetDescription
2
All DocsThis is where the majority of initial work and document judgement shoud be done. Instructions on how to past KB Admin search results into the sheet are listed, as well as a small glossary and color key if you want to use those. Totals should be automatically calculated at the top and right sides of the sheet. Feel free to remove whatever you want, just make a new copy if it breaks.
3
NotesA place to store thoughts about documentation and organization regarding the service you're working with for quick reference.
4
New DocsRecommendations for new documents based on existing cases (or anecdotal experience, if you're feeling lazy and/or spicy). Info on how to search using WiscIT search builder is on page.
5
Workspace (All Docs)Copy and paste "All Docs" content so it can be worked on and edited here without losing your initial work. There are spots for technologists to take ownership of docs that need work along with saying if something is ready or not.
6
Priority WorkspaceThis is like the Action (All Docs) page, but shrunk down to high priority docs. If you follow the original color key on All Docs, it's the dark red and spicy light red docs. Sort of up to your interpretation, but so techs know what to prioritize.
7
Keyword WorkspaceThis is like the Action (All Docs) page, but shrunk down to docs that just need keywords updated, which is generally low priority and is an easy win. If you follow the original color key on All Docs, it's the yellow docs. May not be relevant to every review, but still helpful in terms of HD usability.

When you're ready to use this template spreadsheet for your documentation review, make a copy of this sheet in the KB writer drive. With your own copy, feel free to duplicate or delete sheets, add new columns based on your service-specific goals, hide columns that get in the way, whatever helps make your life easier.
