10/7/2017 8:29:07Stefan Stefan)66787.5"I'm really torn on rating the appearance of this stogie. On the one hand it looks perfectly proportioned, it's firm to touch, and it's got a smooth wrapper. I am smoking this one near a grill outside. Sorry.." -Adam B. (Bushboy)92.5MediumMedium-Full"Exactly how I want a cigar to start! Fantastic leather and woody flavors. Touch of spice. Very good blend of flavors. Slow burn. Good smoke output. Looking forward to seeing how the flavors develop." -Adam B. (Bushboy)90Medium-StrongMedium"Leather and oak. Very nice flavors thus far. Burn line is on point, however an odd flaw has developed near the cut. A vein is splitting away from the wrapper in almost a straight line as though it was part of the wrapper edge. Pronounced, yet easy to ignore. I am going to chalk this up as user error as I have been rolling this in my fingers from the start. Aroma is incredible. " -Adam B. (Bushboy)90StrongMedium-Full"Final third had a huge strength increase. Flavors are leathery and dark smoked oak. Pleasant although without a doubt full. Not for the novice smoker. Burn issues have not become a problem and the burn line is near perfect. Aroma is still fantastic." -Adam B. (Bushboy)92.5"Draw is just the right amount of resistance to smoke output. 10/15/2017 8:57:02Jason H. Jokey Smurf)66792.5"Very robust looking cigar that is sporting a slightly dull light brown wrapper that is silky smooth to the touch and has moderate veins. There appears to be a triple cap which is so well applied that I can't tell for certain where the edges are. Very nice" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)92.5"The primary aroma at the wrapper is nutmeg. At the foot the main aroma is a slightly musty and aged tobacco smell. It is a unique contrast." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)90MediumMedium"The first few puffs are light and carry the nutmeg that I detected before lighting. After a few puffs the flavors begin to burst with a spicy, lip tingling pepper that lingers after the nutmeg fades. Within a few more quick puffs the pepper settles and blends nicely with the lingering nutmeg." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)90MediumMedium"The second portion of this cigar has shown me a flavor shift away from the nutmeg and had developed into a more medium bodied and creamy peanut flavor with the slightest hint of charred leather. Very different from the beginning but very enjoyable." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)92.5Medium-StrongMedium-Full"The final third showed yet another transformation in flavors as the the creamy peanut fled and the leather came to the front. The pepper returned a bit as well and the power ramped up just a bit to beyond medium strength. I'm really wishing I had a cup of coffee right now... That's the pairing I envision." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)95"This was a great drawing cigar... Particularly considering the robust ring gauge. Often times these larger cigars have too little resistance for my preference... Not so here, this is just right." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)90"While not razor sharp the burn in this cigar was very acceptable." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)90"This cigar looked quite nice and performed admirably. The only fault I can note is the wrapper cracked at the cap during the smoke and a piece of leaf approximately 1" pealed away. Other than looks, this had no ill effect." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)92.5"This was an enjoyable and complex way for me to end my day. 11/6/2017 12:00:36Steve ThaGreatWazoo)66792.5"This cigar had a really nice, rich dark wrapper. The seams of the wrapper were noticeable, but had a nice firm feel to the wrapper. There was a nice triple cap a nd clean foot. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)87.5"The aroma is semi-stagnant with hints of ammonia and green grass. After cutting and letting it sit for about 30 minutes, the aroma softens and grass and earth can be found with a slight touch of ammonia residue left over. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)87.5Medium-StrongMedium"The initial draws were very smooth with notes of earth and oak. As the cigar burned further, the wrapper had many runs and had to be touched up constantly. This almost charred the cigar as I tried to keep the burn in line. I aslkso noted a lack of smoke coming off the cigar. It was almost too thin to produce any real complex notes. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)87.5MediumMedium"The notes of earth and oak are still present, but a slight pepper and char begin to grow. The cigar is still running all over the place and more touchups are needed. The ash however is a nice white and the smoke production is beginning to pickup." -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)90MediumMedium"The final third finally had the cigar calming down and getting in to line. Pepper and spice notes became the forefront of the palette and a slight char could be noted during each draw. The aroma was a nice thick semi-heavy profile reminiscent of old fashioned brick and mortars. Not pungent, but thought provoking. Great end to a struggled experience. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)87.5"The draw was okay. I wish a more abundant amount of smoke would have come through during the early stages of the cigar. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)82.5"This was this cigars biggest downside. With the crazy runs on the wrapper, the amount of touchups needed left me with a bitterness in my mind and a char on my lips. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)87.5"The look and feel of this cigar was decent. In line with readily manufactured sticks, but the burn and lack of smoke had me wanting more and quickly being put off. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)85"The end of this cigar was a lot better then the lead up. During most of the smoking experience, I had to watch and tend to the stick instead of sitting back and enjoying it. This was a total let down. Hopefully, I got the bad one and my fellow reviewers faired better. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)6500000101000

" -Zane G. (Zane)95MediumMedium"This cigar comes out of the gate in overdrive. Lots of Sweet cedar, hay, and a caramel sweetness. Smooth on the retro with an herbal note. " -Zane G. (Zane)92.5Medium-StrongMedium"In the second third I am getting a bit of leather coming in with that sweet cedar turning more charred oak. Also getting a bit of that Musty note I was smelling on the foot of the cigar. A bit more spice through the retro. " -Zane G. (Zane)90StrongMedium"The strength ramps up in the final third. The leather and charred oak from the 2nd third are stronger and spice is coming through strong on the retro. " -Zane G. (Zane)95"Draw was great.
