Assumption: Aircrafts distribute a substance X, which is mixed with the fuel, during flying. Where X should make us sick (Alzheimer's) or crazy/dumb.

Objective: To calculate the molecular density of substance X per air volume and from that the inhaled molecules per hour.

Steps: definition of the height of the layer of air (1), amount of X in kerosene (2), the life time of X (3), the molecular size (4) and the distribution area as part of the earth surface (5).
A Calculate air volume from hight and area.
B Part of X in ml per liter air.
C Transform that into molecules per liter air.
D Calculate amount absorbed X-molecules by lungs (5% for oxygen).
E Calculate time till deadly amount of KCN is absorbed by lungs.

As a comparing size I chose potassium cyanide (German: Zyankali), because it is one of the most bad poisons (deadly dose 140 mg).
