4
0. To make this spreadsheet editable: open "File" menu; click "Create a copy"
5
1. Start on sheet "Create and Levelup".
6
1.1. Follow usual ABC steps.
7
1.2. If some boost or "skill" cell has text asking you to do something, then do it. If you need to add specific Lore skill, then manually input the text for it in some cell with skill selection (just make sure to also include "lore" in the name, and this will allow to autodetect key ability)
8
1.3. In the end fill at info for at least 1-st level of class progression in the "Levelup" table
9
1.4. If you take any extra skills or proficiencies using a feat:
10
1.4.a) Fill new skills in "New Trained Skill"
11
1.4.b) Fill new attack or defense proficiencies in "Attack increase" or "Defense increase
12
1.5. If you increase HP or speed through feats, then in the "Levelup" table fill columns "Extra HP", "Extra Speed"
13
1.6. If any field in class requires changes (e.g. "determined by doctrine" part in "Defenses"), then copy the text of that field, past it in the same cell, and edit the cell
14
1.7. If ancestry grants you general or skill feat, then fill it in "Levelup" table using cells of first level. Separation of multiple feats using comas is allowed
15
16
2. If you added any new skills that are not "default" then you'll also need to open "Mods and Config of Key Abilities" and set a key ability for it.
17
18
3. Cleanup unused items, weapons, armors or shields from "Inventroy" sheet. Add other items on that sheet.
19
20
4. If you want to add descriptions to abilities, then you can do this on "FeatureDescriptions" sheet, that includes all the current Feats and Class features.

WARNING! Feature names are ordered by the "level", so if you add some descriptions, and then for some reason make changes to levelup-table that changes order of features, then positions of descriptions will be slightly "OFF". But normally this should not happen.
21
22
5. Managing spells:
23
5.1. Fill information on spells you'll be using on sheet "SpellsDatabase". Column "Choosable" will make spell either visible or hidden in list of choices on Spellcasting sheet.
24
5.2. Maybe cleanup existing spell choices on sheet "Spellcasting".
25
5.3. For each of your spell slot levels on sheet "Spellcasting": select spells that you can cast (they are prepared or in your Repertoire)
26
5.4. Optionally: you can configure multiclass archetype spellcasting on sheet "Spellcasting"
27
28
6. When you progress to higher levels, then:
29
6.1. fill new skills, attack and defense proficiencies in corresponding columns of "Levelup" table. Only single skill may be filled in 1 cell, so increase should go to "skill increase", and new skill training from feats or multiclass shouldgo to "New Trained Skill"
30
6.2. Improvements of existing proficiencies should go into the same columns as "new proficiencies", simply make sure that they are named the same way they are named on "Mods and..." sheet
31
6.3. If you proficiency in class DC improves then type name of your class in the "Class increase" column. Just as with skills: make sure to name it properly like it's present on "Mods and..." sheet
32
6.3. If you take new class DC (e.g. using multiclass dedication feat), then type name of new class in the column "Class increase". Then open "Mods and Config of key abilities" find your new class and set a key ability for it.
33
6.4. Set your "Current Level" just above the "Levelup" table
34
35
