Priority #1: Meaningful Relationships between Students and Adults


To develop and implement an inclusive school community where all students have positive, meaningful relationships with adults at South Division High School.
Priority #2: Engaging Instruction



To offer students personalized and experiential learning opportunities that honor student backgrounds, strengths, and voice in order to increase school attendance, generate academic gains, and improve student-teacher relationships.
Priority #3: Family Involvement & Engagement



To build and maintain a strong, inclusive parent community where parents are regularly informed, engaged in school activities, and able to influence school planning.

By May 2023, there will be a 5% increase in student responses stating that they strongly agree or agree with the statement “Teachers pay attention to all students, not just the top students.” on the ESCC survey.By May 2023, the number of students who answer positively for the ESCC question "The teacher for this class notices if I have trouble learning something." increases by 2% across all student groups.By June 2023, increase the % of parents who feel that the school is a welcoming and culturally relevant environment by 10% compared to the September 2022 SD Survey.
